OVER IN THE MEADOW
We started from drawing grass, flowers and insects. We used oil pastels. I encouraged kids to draw separate stalks rather than grass as a one piece. Then I mixed some ink and water, children painted with large brushes. Then put some drops of ink on still very wet works. Children were surprised by the effect of spreading drops of ink.

Topiaries
The idea comes from
paintedpaperintheartroom.
Designing the pots was the most attractive part of the project for my kids. Most children painted the plant pots using not paint brushes but fingers.
The flowers were made of tissue paper

In my little garden
Today we decorated plastic bowls with some paper grass, flowers and colourful butterflies.
Then we placed wet cotton wool in the containers and added the cress seeds to each bowl on top of the cotton wool.
Goodbye Winter, hello Spring:)
